Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fitchic. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the information below regarding our shipping process.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak shopping seasons
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Fitchic cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipment delays or additional shipping charges may occur.

Fitchic is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.


Customs & Import Duties

Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment partners. Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges are determined by the destination country's regulations and remain the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.


Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
