Important Notice
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Fitchic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
Returns
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Include all original accessories and documentation, where applicable.
For hygiene reasons, items must be free from stains, odors (including perfume or deodorant), pet hair, or any other signs of use.
Fitchic reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
Damage Caused by Use
This Return & Refund Policy does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse
- Negligence
- Improper handling, care, or storage
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Only products with verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item) are eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to review and approval by Fitchic.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sports bras that have been worn, washed, or have had their hygiene liner removed (if applicable)
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Accessories that show signs of use or are returned without their original packaging (where applicable)
- Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at:

- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photographs of the product (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and, if approved, provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not return any items without prior authorization from Fitchic, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Refunds
Refund Approval Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 30 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider or financial institution, as processing times may vary.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Fitchic is not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Return Address
As our products are fulfilled by international suppliers and logistics partners, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided only after your return request has been reviewed and approved by our support team.
Please do not send any items to the address listed on our website or on the original shipping label unless specifically instructed by Fitchic. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After reviewing your claim, we will, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost; or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
To help us assess your claim, clear photographs or videos of the item and its packaging may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return & Refund Policy outlined above.
If your order is successfully cancelled, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10–30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
